Supports
various managers and/or owners with correspondence, phones/ messages, mailings,
coordinating meetings/schedules, invoices, etc.
Acts
as contact person for security system (monitor tapes, issue keys, resolve
issues).
Handles
scanning duties and job solicitations via CNS.
Creates and maintain
various reports as needed.
Involved in various
special projects and provide the administrative assistance needed to
complete project.
Handles
switchboard, message correspondence, and schedules appointments when
necessary
Other duties as
assigned.
Requirements, Knowledge,
& Skills:
Must
have minimum HS Diploma or equivalent.
Must have minimum 3 years related experience.
Must have good working knowledge of office
software and be able to create documents (not just data entry).
Above average
written and verbal communications skills as this position may have
exposure to all levels of employees and a variety of outside contacts.
Must be able to
handle multiple tasks.
This position may
have an unusual amount of varied tasks, as it will support many different
departments.Person must be
flexible and work with each manager to establish priority of assignments.
Must present a
professional image (in person, over the phone, via email) and be able to
maintain confidentiality as needed.
Must have excellent verbal communication
skills to deal with internal and external contacts; especially when
representing owners and answering the phones.
Must be able to write effectively when
drafting correspondence for managers/owners.
Working Conditions
Position functions in an office
environment.Occasional errands may
require local area travel.
