Joseph B. Fay Co. a Pittsburgh-based heavy civil and heavy highway contractor is seeking a Foreman for construction projects in the greater Pittsburgh area.
The position requires a minimum of 5 years experience in heavy construction in urban settings specifically with the installation of underground utilities (storm, water, gas & electric), excavation, earthwork and misc. concrete. A Class A CDL is also required.
This position is responsible for overseeing the work of the crew, performing work in accordance with the project schedule and specifications, coordinating equipment and materials required, preparing daily and weekly progress reports, ensuring a safe work place, and maintaining client satisfaction.
