We are currently seeking an individual to assist our Project Management Team.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Coordinate, implement, and oversee department assignments ensuring timely completion with high quality results.
Provide high level administrative support by conducting research, preparing reports, handling information requests and performing clerical functions.
Utilize proficient software skills including word processing, desktop publishing, spreadsheet and internet for department assignments.
Excellent oral and written communication skills to produce spreadsheets, correspondence, reports, and other documents.
Perform and direct office services in order to aid executives.
Maintains client/inspector phone contact as needed.
Requirements:
2 -5 years experience in administration
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Previous experience in the construction/engineering field is preferred but not required
