Office Administrative Assistant,position available for a growing Notary company. We are seeking an individual that is very organized, detail oriented and has the ability to multi-task in a fast paced enviroment. Hours for the position are 8-5 Monday - Friday and Salary is $30-$35/hour, it will be determined upon experience. Interviews will take place this week and the position will start immediately.
The position will consist of the following:
Data Entry into Quickbooks, Microsoft Word, and Excel (will train) Manages daily communications: Receives and responds to incoming calls and emails Handles order requests and directs them to the appropriate department Performs routine clerical duties
Qualifications:
Experince with Quickbooks Microsoft Word, and Excel Ability and willingness to learn office systems Excellent written and oral communication skills Strong computer and typing skills
